Throughout the Sixties and Seventies WQAM printed a weekly music survey consisting of 56 songs. The format varied, listing either the top 40 songs with 16 ”Wax to Watch”, the top 50 songs with six “Pic Hits” or the top 56 Hits. They also contained many other items like DJ pictures, schedules, contest promos, upcoming events and even advertisements. The cover design, paper, sizes color, etc. varied throughout the years.
Each year a “Top 56 Hits of the Year” compilation was printed.
There were also several “All-Time” compilations.
